Although the BPC 157 peptide is created naturally within the body, our bodies start to make less and less of it over time. BPC 157 is a fifteen amino acid compound that can help with the healing of tendons, ligaments, and more. When you buy BPC 157 from Paradigm Peptides it comes as a 5mg vial of crystalline powder that will need reconstituting. Then the faster wound healing can begin.

The BPC 157 peptide is from the body protection compound that is found naturally within the body. It was found in the early 90s, and in its natural state can be found in human gastric juices from our stomachs. Over the course of its existence, BPC 157 has proven its ability to promote healing for its users.
Much of the research on BPC 157 revolves around animal studies. One of these studies was on soft tissue injuries in rats. In one such study mentioned in the Journal of Orthopedic Surgery and Research, rats took a one time dose of the BPC 157 peptide after receiving a spinal injury. At the conclusion of the study, the rats given the BPC 157 peptide showed improvements in motor functions among other positives. This made it evident that BPC 157 could have an impact on healing, as well as the length of time it took to heal.
BPC 157 Product Details:
Regardless of if you decide to use BPC 157 peptide, there is a specific set of steps that it takes to heal any wound, no matter what caused it. The first step is called hemostasis. This is typically when there is a tear in the skin, and it occurs as a way to stop blood flow. This is a phase-dependent on whether or not skin was broken. If it was not broken, then the healing process starts on step two. In step two you’ll typically notice that inflammation is happening. Oftentimes, you’ll see swelling or the area my be warm to the touch and possibly red in color. Getting through this stage of healing depends on the person however it typically can last anywhere from a day to closer to a week.
After clearing the first two steps of healing the body then goes into proliferative step of healing. This is the part where repairs to the injury occur. In other words, it’s the part of healing where new tissue is made. The final stage is pretty straight forward. This is the stage in which the new tissue matures and you’re pretty much healed.
In many situations, the BPC 157 peptide is administered during the third step of the healing process. This is because once taken, new connective tissues and tendon fibroblast is sped up making everything go by faster.
As mentioned earlier, the BPC 157 peptide was found in the early 90s. It consists of 15 amino acids and is commonly looked at for its healing capabilities. Typically, the healing revolves around tendons, skeletal muscle, and ligament injuries. Best known as soft tissue tears. The positive is that BPC 157 is actually being looked at as a new treatment that is not as limited as previously used therapies. Another positive to consider is that PBC 157 is a stackable peptide. What does that mean for you? Even more enhanced healing. Why? Well, it can be paired with another common healing peptide called TB 500. Where one works to speed up healing soft tissue, the other works in a way that creates new blood vessels and muscle tissue.
The good thing is that at this point no negative side effects are known with BPC 157. That being said, you can expect great things from this peptide. What are those things exactly? Well for starters, you’ll have a faster more effective wound healing period. Not to mention, BPC 157 has the potential to decrease inflammation and pain in the affected areas. It does this by aiding in tendon and cell reproduction for the soft tissue.
Less commonly known benefits of BPC 157 include the possibility to protect your gut and provide possible relief from symptoms of IBS. It’s also shown an affinity to treat stomach ulcers and periodontitis and improve digestion.
Unlike many other peptides on the market that rely heavily on multiple factors, BPC 157 peptide primarily relies on your weight. This is because the dosage information currently available revolves around the common practices in animal studies. That common practice is that for every kilogram of your weight, you should take roughly 10mcg of BPC 157. If you’re still on the imperial system, this would mean that if you weigh around 225bs you’d be roughly 102kg. That being said, the most effective dose for you would be 1020mcg or just over a milligram of the BPC 157 peptide.
Something to keep in mind is that when you receive your peptide it with be in a crystalline powder form and need to be reconstituted. For starters, say you reconstitute it with 1mL of bacteriostatic water. This would mean filling your syringe completely. 1mg of your product then converts to 1000mcg. Each tick mark on your syringe would equal out to 200mcg of peptide. That would mean if you’re dosing for the above situation you would need to pull roughly 5 tick marks worth of product into your syringe once reconstituted. This would give you the right amount of the BPC 157 peptide for that specific weight. Overall, it will vary person by person.
