Paradigm Peptides manufactures BPC 157 for sale at the highest quality and potency available. BPC 157 peptide, referred to as pentadecapeptide in various research articles, is a synthetic peptide. In animal research studies, BPC-157 was proven to aid in wound healing as well as certain bowel disorders.

One such study included research on spinal injuries in rats. The rats treated with BPC 157 showed an improvement in motor functions proving that the BPC-157 peptide is capable of aiding in faster wound healing.

In addition to being a reliable health aid on its own, when paired with the peptide TB-500 it improves wound healing by leaps and bounds. While one peptide works to repair soft tissue, the other creates new blood vessels and muscle tissue.

BPC 157 and Wound Healing

Regardless of whether you decide to use BPC 157 peptide, there is a specific set of steps to heal any wound, no matter what caused it. The first step is called hemostasis. Typically, this is the step when there is a tear in the skin, and it occurs as a way to stop blood flow. This is a phase of wound healing dependent on whether or not the skin was broken. If it was not broken, then the healing process starts on step two.

In step two, you’ll typically notice that inflammation is happening. Often, you’ll see swelling, or the area may be warm to the touch and possibly red. Getting through this stage of healing depends on the person; however, it typically can last anywhere from a day to closer to a week.

After clearing the first two healing steps, the body then goes into a proliferative step of healing. This is the part where repairs to the injury occur. In other words, it’s the part of healing where new tissue is made.

The final stage is pretty straightforward. This is the stage in which the new tissue matures, and you’re pretty much healed.

In many situations, the BPC-157 is administered during the third step of the healing process. This is because once taken, new connective tissues and tendon fibroblast is sped up, making everything go by faster.

What Is BPC 157 Peptide?

BPC 157 peptide was found in the early 90s. It consists of 15 amino acids and is commonly used by researchers for its healing capabilities. Typically, the healing revolves around tendons, skeletal muscle, and ligament injuries—best known as soft tissue tears. The positive is that BPC-157 is actually being looked at as a new treatment that is not as limited as previously used therapies.

Another positive to consider is that BPC 157 is a stackable peptide. Meaning, it can be paired with other common peptides. One of which is TB 500. While one works to speed up healing soft tissue, the other works in a way that creates new blood vessels and muscle tissue.

Benefits & Side Effects Of BPC 157 Peptide

At this time no negative side effects are known with BPC 157 peptide. That being said, you can expect great things from this peptide. For starters, you’ll have a faster and more effective wound healing period. BPC-157 also has the potential to decrease inflammation and pain in the affected areas. It does this by aiding in tendon and cell reproduction for the soft tissue.

Less commonly known benefits of BPC 157 include the possibility to protect your gut and provide possible relief from symptoms of IBS. It’s also shown an affinity to treat stomach ulcers and periodontitis and improve digestion.

More on Wound Repair with BPC 157

In most cases, when a tendon or ligament injury occurs, the affected area is slow to heal. This is often because of the lack of blood flow to the affected area.BPC 157 studies done with rats showed a marked increase in fibroblast density as well as the promotion of collateralization. So, it should come as little to no surprise, with BPC 157’s ability to aid with cell running and vascular growth that it would be a good contender to aid in quicker healing of these areas.

Less Common Benefits of BPC 157

While the above listed positive effects are well known, there are other less commonly known benefits to the use of BPC 157 that not many know about.

Antioxidant

Studies on BPC 157 peptide show promise in the form of relief from various oxidative stressors. Two of the most common are nitric oxide and MDA, or malondialdehyde. By neutralizing these oxidative stressors, BPC 157 is often considered to be an antioxidant.

Vascular Growth

BPC 157 is a powerful angiogenic factor. This means that it has the ability to help in the process of blood vessel formation. In one study, researchers found that the BPC-157 peptide was able to increase collateral blood vessel growth when insufficient blood flow was allowed. These changes were primarily noticed in the gastrointestinal system.

However, it can be surmised that they can also be translated to the cardiovascular system as well as neurological systems. This comes to light based on several studies, one in which BPC 157 was shown to promote vascular growth via the stimulation of VEGFR-2. VEGFR-2 is a receptor commonly associated with the survival of endothelial cells. These cells are most commonly found inside the lining of blood vessels, lymph vessels, and the heart.

While these various effects were noticed in the animals used in the study, it can be surmised that these effects can also be translated to humans when taking BPC 157 at the correct dosage as well.

Cell Running & BPC-157

What is “cell running”? It’s a process in which blood vessels grow in the direction of, or around the area of injury. This process is important for injury recovery as it allows for blood flow and protection of cell functions in the affected area. BPC 157 once administered has shown a strong correlation to cell running. This opens the door for BPC-157 peptide to one day have an even larger place in the medical field.

BPC 157 and Leaky Gut Syndrome

Pentadecapeptide BPC 157 has the primary ability to protect stomach cells. This maintains gastric integrity, in other words gut health when things such as alcohol, NSAIDs, and other foreign items enter your system. In research done by Jong M. Park, Park notes that “BPC 157 counteracts gastric endothelial injury that precedes and induces damage to the gastric epithelium and generalizes “gastric endothelial protection” to protection of the endothelium of other vessels including thrombosis, prolonged bleeding, and thrombocytopenia.

BPC 157 to Counteract Myocardial Infarction

BPC 157 taken for therapeutic reasons is useful against isoprenaline myocardial infarction, as well as against isoprenaline myocardial reinfarction. It may also follow the counteraction of occlusion-like syndrome. In one study, BPC 157 along with L-NAME and L-arginine were given to rats at various times either before or after isoprenaline.

At the conclusion of the study, it was determined that BPC 157 reduced levels of all necrosis markers, CK, CK-MB, LDH, and cTnT. BPC 157 interacted with eNOS and COX2 gene expression in a way and counteracted the noxious effect of the NOS-blocker, L-NAME.

BPC 157: Choosing The Right Dose For You

Unlike many other peptides on the market that rely heavily on multiple factors, BPC 157 peptide primarily depends on your weight. This is because the dosage information currently available revolves around the common practices in animal studies.

For every kilogram of your weight, you should take roughly 10mcg of peptide BPC 157. If you’re still on the imperial system, this would mean that if you weigh around 225bs, you’d be roughly 102kg. Thus meaning that the most effective dose for you would be 1020mcg or just over a milligram of the BPC 157 peptide.

General BPC 157 Dosing Conversions

1kg = 2.20462lbs

120lbs > 54.43kg x 10mcg = 544mcg

140lbs > 63.50kg x 10mcg = 635mcg

160lbs > 72.58kg x 10mcg = 726mcg

180lbs > 81.65kg x 10mcg = 817mcg

200lbs > 90.72kg x 10mcg = 907mcg

220lbs > 99.79kg x 10mcg = 998mcg

When you receive your peptide from Paradigm Peptides, it will be in a crystalline powder form and need to be reconstituted. If you reconstitute it with 1mL of bacteriostatic water, each tick mark on your syringe would equal out to 200mcg of the peptide. That would mean if you’re dosing for the above situation, you would need to pull roughly five tick marks worth of product into your syringe once reconstituted. This would give you the right amount of the BPC 157 peptide for that specific weight.

The Future of BPC 157

Pentadecapeptide BPC 157 is currently undergoing several studies on animal models ranging on treatments involving the nervous system through treating conditions such as heart failure. These studies have great potential in truly understanding the mechanics of BPC-157 as a whole and using it for many different conditions.
