When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped out Monday – Friday, within 48 hours of receiving payment for credit card, venmo, and bitcoin purchases, and within 7 to 10 business days for e-check purchases.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on location and priority. You will see all shipping options at checkout, delivery time may vary.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped through USPS first class unless you expedite it which will ship as USPS priority.

What do I do if my shipment is incorrect or damaged?

To ensure ourselves against mishandling by USPS, we photograph and document every order. If your order still arrives damaged, you have 14 days to contact us for return or replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we ship internationally.


Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns of peptides due to possible product degradation. We will accept limited returns if a product arrives damaged.Please contact customer service at [email protected] for instructions. If shipment has been lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS,…) and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS) and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” then our guarantee has been fulfilled and WE WILL NOT RESHIP FREE OF CHARGE.

If a product is missing from your order then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

How do returns work?

If we accept your return, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us at 800-706-3449 for shipping labels and return information.

How are chargebacks handled?

Chargebacks are taken very seriously and will be treated as fraud against our company. If you have changed your mind about a product, it is not grounds for filing a fraudulent usage claim.

How are are products stored before shipping?

We store products in a controlled environment at our storage facility to ensure all our research chemicals are at a consistent, stable temperature.

Where are your products made/come from?

Our products come from the United States and some parts of Northern Europe.

What are your research products suspended in?

We do not currently offer liquid products at this time.

What kind of glass do you use for your peptides?

We use specialty glassware that inhibits absorption.=

What is the shelf life of your products?

2-5 years if products are stored properly.

How should I store your products?

Store your products in a cool, dry place — away from direct sunlight. Products should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius prior to dissolution.

Are there any safety precautions for using your products?

When using our products, please avoid inhalation, contact with eyes, skin, and clothes, as well as prolonged, repeated exposure. We are not liable for any damage resulting from the handling or from contact with products.

International Customs

We at Paradigm Peptides are not responsible for knowing the customs procedures for each country. If you are interested in ordering from Paradigm Peptides, you must research your own country’s laws and regulations regarding our research chemicals and peptides before ordering from Once you have placed an order with us, you automatically take responsibility for your country’s regulations. Although most countries do accept our products in customs and we properly declare what is being shipped; we must make sure you understand that there are some issues that may occur due to a country’s regulations.

If your order does get returned to us due to issues in the customs department, we will issue you a refund, but we will charge you a restocking fee of 15%. This means that we will subtract the 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost of the total amount and return the rest to you. However, we will NOT issue the refund until the product has been received in our office. The refund will be calculated as Total cost – shipping – 15% restocking fee for a total of an 85% refund not including shipping. If your package is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. If at any time we receive notice that customs has your package and is holding we will do our best to get your order released and sent to you. This is not a guarantee as every country has different regulations.

Reshipping Policy

If your product is returned to us due to the shipping address not being correct, we will reship your order if you provide us with a new address, but you will be responsible to pay the new shipping charges. If your product is returned due to a customs issues from your country, we will not reship the package to you. However, if your package is returned we will return your payment after we subtract the 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
