    • TB peptide was given in clinical trials at 2-2.5mg twice a week for 4-6 weeks then lowered to a maintenance dose of 2mg once a week.

      You may want to look into the peptide PT-141. It had many clinical trials regarding ED.

    • PT 141 is unbelievably amazing w erection issues. Whether its deep mental sexual anxiety of vascularity issues. After SQ injection it takes 3-5hrs for intense uncontrollable erections on and off that lasts for about 8-12 hours.

  1. Im confused as to whether or not I can freeze the peptide. At one point in this article is says that at no point do I want to freeze it but in another part it says I can freeze the reconstituted peptide for future use and then let it thaw…

    • We recommend storing the peptide in the freezer prior to reconstitution or mixing. After reconstitution ideally you would use the mixed peptide within a month and store in the refrigerator. It is possible to freeze certain peptides after mixed without damage to the peptide. In this instance TB500 would be okay to freeze and thaw before use. I would not recommend multiple freeze thaw cycles as this may lessen the potency. It is common in some instances of preloading syringes and freezing them and thawing to use as needed. Please note that this should not be done with hydrophobic peptides such as FRAG 176-191 as this will damage the peptide and it will loose potency. Hope this helps
